Unseasonably mild November temperatures allowed us to keep the front doors open. Bob overrode the front light timer. East Church was consequently a lovely, welcoming vision from the street. First-time visitors coming  in the front doors got to see the sanctuary, decorated for Advent, as they made their way to the chapel and parlor.
