East Church's Music Committee organized a Drum Circle on November 4. It can only be described as a resounding success in every sense of the word resounding. No neighbors complained so far as I know. In fact (and more importantly), a lot of the church's neighbors showed up and joined in! Ages ranged from infants to elders, and we came close to running out of chairs and drums - hallelujah! Big thanks to facilitator Ed Sorrentino who arrived with a van full to the brim with drums and other percussion instruments. Ed's energy and contagious enthusiasm brought structure to what could easily have turned into chaos!
