The merchants in East Milton host a Halloween Stroll. East Church participates in this, but we give away free, new books. Our best estimate is that 300 children went home with a new book this year. Thank you to the Reading Changes Lives Literacy Initiative team for investing the effort to pull off another amazing community-building event.
